Honestly, I like Kagome more than Kikyo.
Kikyo’s life feels way too tragic for me, and I don’t really enjoy storylines that are all about suffering. Kagome feels lighter, warmer, and easier to connect with.

The Most Iconic Scene for Me

One scene stands out above all others —
Kikyo sealing Inuyasha to the sacred tree.

That moment marks the beginning of the tragedy, but also the reason Inuyasha later meets Kagome. It’s heartbreaking, iconic, and unforgettable. That’s why it remains one of my favorite Inuyasha scenes of all time.
